CPI is highly active in the Nigerian energy sector hosting periodic talk shops through multiple specialized forums: the Energy Finance Forum (EFF), tthe Petroleum Policy Roundtable (PPR), Oil and Gas Law Forum (OGLF I & II), and the annual Industry Public Symposia (IPS).

CPI organizes specialized learning sessions, such as virtual panels focused on the interaction between the Nigeria Tax Act and the PIA, Executive Orders, UJV and IJV models etc

It regularly publishes its bi-monthly journal “Petroleum Business Digest” and has two books to its credit in five years: “The Energy Insight NIGERIA Vol. 1 and 2 book, tracking major shifts in the modern Nigerian energy landscape.
